iPad PRO 11 - Whatsapp not install, I do the process for install, but on iPad not appear!

Because there is NO supported app on iPadOS.

Based on the app store page, it requires iPadOS 15.1 or later.

There can be numerous causes to an app not installing. I suggest creating a support case and providing the serial number of the iPad that is failing to install whatsapp.

@Alexandrevprado Can you please share a screenshot of the devices activity log from your Meraki dashboard so we can see whats going on.

 

Is this problem affecting multiple devices or just a single device? 

 

 

My guess is either a licensing issue or the app isn't scoped correctly.
