iOS Enrollment doesn't allow SAML

We have SAML authentication configured in System Manager. Users can authenticate to Self Service Portal fine. But when enrolling iOS devices, the Meraki app defaults to the Meraki-owned account authentication. It doesn't redirect users to the SAML IDp login (as what normally happens when using Azure or Google authentication).

Is this related to the app not being updated in the appstore for over a year and SAML authentication being new?

@Stefb

Is there a particular reason you'd like to start enrollment from the SM app rather than email / self service portal? Your use case would be helpful before we look at how to solve the issue

Kind regards,

Paul

This activity occurs even when using the SSP. It seems to default to the Meraki-managed account. Even if we delete the specific user and re-add it. The admin dashboard seems to keep a record of it as Meraki managed

Righty, with you now.... That sounds like a big and, if you've not already done so, can you raise a case please?

Apologies for the inconvenience!
