Unable to signing - Meraki Systems Manager app

Hi All,

 

I am unable to login successfully to the SM Manager app for MDM work profile - Android Enterprise or Know enrollment. I tried logging in with the Cisco Meraki account i have just created without success.

Firstly, if you require enrollment, it's configurable in Systems Manager > General > Enrolment Settings

 

Just above this is where you set where your users live: meraki, azure, etc

And, lastly, if you're going to user meraki hosted users, these are configurable in Systems Manager > Owners
