See Apple ID being used on a wayward iPad?

We have an iPad that walked away from our Circulation Desk with out being checked out. We can see where it is (still local). I sent them a message asking that they contact me but no response.  They've downloaded a bunch of apps to it. Is there a way in Meraki to see the Apple ID that was used to download those apps?

Sadly not.... Apple don't allow us to see this information.

If you have a meraki network, you'd be able to see the access point that the device is connected to by going to network Wide > Clients which may reduce your search radius

The other thing you could do, and this is a little more drastic, is this.....

Create a webpage somewhere, that highlights that the device really does need returning ASAP

Create a Web Clip that points to this webpage

Put this device, and only this device into kiosk mode using that webclip

This will prevent the user from using the device, and make the device almost unusable
