SM for MacOS Experiencing Issues

Hello,

 

I am running into a few issues with the Meraki Agent installing successfully on MacOS devices. The profiles install seamlessly, but the SM app does not install unless you manually download the package and install it. Also, I keep seeing this error in the logs "Error: Ignored - agent downgrade blocked". Anybody else experiencing issues with the SM Agent for MacOS?

@Stldbustamante What SM app are you referring to? The systems manager app in the Appstore is for iOS devices.

 

MacOS devices use the user agent and profiles to communicate with the dashboard.
