SM Windows Agent installation error. Windows update January 2020

I have been facing an error installing windows agent for the system manager. Update Windows system with January 2020 update.

@Net  What version of Windows? I have just installed the client on a machine and not had any problems.

Windows 10 Pro for Workstations build version 1909.

@Net below is a couple of things I would try.

1. Download fresh copy of agent from dashboard
2. Disable antivirus
3. Check other software is able to install ok to rule out permissions issue on C:\windows\temp  and C:\windows\installer
