Meraki MDM on personal iphones

Hi Guys

I a Project to migrate all iPhone to Meraki MDM, the company give there users iPhone a couple years ago, are iPhone 7, the problem is at that time they don’t stablish any regulation or use regulation so the users start using for personal and work , now we need to  integrate with Meraki MDM but we cant delete his personal info, accounts or pictures.

Its any option to install Meraki without delete his personal info and apple account (obviously each user has his personal apple account).

Standard (non DEP) enrollment should do the trick, it doesn't affect user's personal data but at the same time you can enforce basic security restrictions like pin code, jailbreak check etc. as well as ability to wipe device remotely. If you want to limit access to company resources to enrolled device only, you could push a SCEP cert which is tied to Meraki management profile and authenticate users based on that.
