MDM Command Line Tool Issues

We recently noticed that on all of our tenancies we are no longer able to get commands to execute from the MDM Live Tools, Command Line. The interesting part is that it doesn't even time out. Has anyone else experienced this and have you found a work around. I have a ticket in with Meraki support and am pending a response. However, I thought I would try here also.

The Systems manager > Monitor > Command line is working.  Thanks for the workaround. I'll continue with Meraki Support and post if I find anything else because the Live Tool is nice to target single machines.

I've been noticing this with some of our devices, as well (macOS running 15.3 or later) with agent 4.2.0

Is everything else working as normal? Is your push notifications certificate valid?

Yes.  We can manage the device otherwise, it's just the command line functionality that fails.  I'm wondering if it is related to enhanced security at the OS level.

One new access issue (and this is good) is that the enhanced security in macOS now prompts users to allow m_agent to access the screen when a screenshot is requested via SM.  The Systems_Manager_Agent_Release_Notes do say that in 4.2.2 there is an installation bug fix.... perhaps it now includes an allowance for screenshot and script running that was missing before?
