Install older version of an app

We're having issues with an app that recently updated - the issues are not happening with older versions of the app. 

Is there a way to install an older version of the app?

The app push and request process is based on what is available from the App Store, unless you are pushing a custom App. So no, if the older version isn't available from the App store you cannot load it.
