How do you enroll an iOS device into DEP?

Trying to enroll via DEP my devices to have them “supervised” but can’t seem to make the Assigned status tu pushed. Any help would be appreciated

It's worth noting that DEP settings for iOS devices are only applied at time of activation. An iOS device would have to be either new or erased/wiped then (re)activated for the settings to be applied.
