We originally onboarded devices back in late Jan / Early Feb of 2020. They sat in a box until now, but when we go to power them back on they do not check into System Manager. This is happening across multiple devices we've tested. Is there a stale out period, or something else we need to enable to fix this communication problem? Newly registered devices have no problem. Our certificate did not expire as the entire system manager network is less than a year old.
