Chrome Experiement Flags Input Pattern

Having trouble with the format for disabling new tabs on chrome open when a current one is present. I have searched everywhere for the format to get these options in place. In the value option, is this the correct format correct? Meraki does not give an example anywhere that I could find.

Yes, This is the Systems Manager > Settings (Profile List) > :Seleted Profile: >  Managed App Config: Google Chrome Fast and Secure >
