App List Refresh and custom app installs not working

I have recently (since 25th June) started experiencing issues with App List Refresh and custom app installs not working on my mac devices.

I can push mac app store updates to devices and they apps are updated but the App List within each device is not refreshing.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

I think you are going to need to contact support for this one.

Yep - already did, just want to see if the issue is widespread or just me.
