Android Contacts Sync

Hi,

I'm trying to get outlook to sync its contacts with the default contacts on a Samsung android device, I have set the app permissions to allow the sync but keep getting an error saying access is not fully granted

Please can someone provide some assistance

What happens when you remove the 2nd key?

Nothing, still has the permissions issue shown in the first post

Are you seeing this on multiple devices or just this one device? What specific hardware and Android OS version are you using?
