Alternative option to single-app mode

Hello all,

as a school we are using Cisco Meraki to administer the student's iPads.

In math classes, we are using the TI-Nspire CAS iPad app.

We need to restrict their iPads to just use this app in exams.

The problem is that after starting the single-app mode, we can not access the exam mode of this app.

So my question is if there is any other way to achieve the same outcome like with the single app mode?

I heared of other schools who are using a different MDM, that they were using a whitelist function.

Is there such a thing in the Meraki MDM?

Thanks a lot. 
It looks like there is no solution to our problem.
We might have to use another app for our math classes then.

You want to look into an app called Kiosk Pro. Set that app to run in single app mode. I believe you can set up multiple apps from within the Kiosk Pro application.
