Allow app to device storage

Using Meraki SM on Android devices.

I am unable to allow the WorkPalce Chat app permissions to the device storage. 

The app is whitelisted and pushed to device but it will not allow users to access storage for take a picture inside the app (if i use only the camera app it works correctly). Error message that comes up "Allow WorkPlace Chat access to your camera and microphone to take photos,record videos ad more" If i choose TURN ON the new question is "Allow Workplace chat to use your phone storage?" If i say yes opens  (settings-apps-Workplacechat-permissions-storage) but  is impossible to toggle on the Allow Storage option.

What i can do?

Allow disk drive access in android app permissions.

Alternatively, you may need to allow cameras or mics in addition to disk access.
