9th Gen iPad

I just try to add a new iPad 9th Gen to my MDM, and it keeps indicating it can't reach the server. So I tried adding and older unit and it join just fine. Anyone have an idea on why this would be happening.

1. Factory reset the device.

 

2. Have you assigned it to Meraki in your Apple Business/School Manager instance?

 

3. Have you assigned the device settings user Systems Manager > Manage > ADE

 

4. Do you have enough spare Systems manager licenses?

Are you in the EU?  I seem to remember that the MDM app has some web app functionality and that those have been deprecated by Apple.  Though I may be mis-remebering...
