Wireless Connection Dashboard - Question

I have a question concerning the status for clients. As you can see below, the Radio Band is reporting 2.4Ghz, but the Signal is reporting channel 149, 5 Ghz. Could someone explain what this means? Is it using 2.4Ghz as the radio band suggests, or is it using 5Ghz as the Signal suggests?

I also have this issue, seems to be a display glitch... the top signal graph seems to be the more accurate one from my testing.
