It depends on how extensive a captive portal you need. Here is what we have available today:

These landing pages can be configured within the app, or you can point to an external captive portal of your choice. You should have a 30 day return policy available if you wanted to give it a test run.

That is a great document I couldn't find using a normal search and it almost looks like it will work. Both of the providers linked below require Radius authentication that I do not see mentioned on the link you provided. Can Meraki Go work with either of these providers? Even on the Meraki Enterprise side a request has to be put in to support Radius Accounting so I'm hoping it could be done.

Hello,
Meraki Go does not support Radius authentication, so may not work with Stampede or Aisle Labs. Splash Access and Purple Wi-Fi are two solutions that have been used successfully with Meraki Go.

Did you take a look at the landing pages documentation? This should let you setup a splash page for your Meraki Go hardware. Let us know if you face any problems setting it up.

I've set the landing page as externally hosted and entered the Splash Access splash page URL. But it wouldn't let me click "Walled Garden".
I see that as well, @Rmr1! I'll go ahead and let our developers know we have an issue on that form and we'll get it fixed promptly. Keep an eye on the release notes for an update and I'll try to circle back and let you know here in the forum.
