MI - WAN Health - % capacity

Hello team,

Can anyone explain me how '% capacity' is calculated?

The only explanation I found is: "[...]in the WAN Health section, two new fields are available: % capacity, which shows what percentage of upload and download capacity are being used on a particular uplink [...]" (Source )

I made one calculation (BW usage / BW capacity) but I always have 1-2% of difference. Are any other metrics taken in account (loss, jitter, etc...)?
