Dashboard Login IP Ranges

I recently added a third party to our dashboard. Because we have the login restricted by IP range, I added an IP he would be typically using to access the Dashboard. He successfully logged in. However, there are other dashboards he has access, and he was no longer able to access those dashboards. Why would out dashboard ip login prevent him from accessing other dashboard accounts?

It shouldn't... That setting is for your organization only.

If you have different organizations I believe you have to put that in for each one.

Possibly he connected via your VPN or network and has a different IP than his normal one and those other Dashboards/Orgs have ip restrictions for dashboard access.
