URL logging on MR-18

Hi, we set up URL logging in our dashboard for our MR-18 access point. But when we look at the syslog-ng, we see a burst of like graphic characters and no URLs logged. Missing something?

Do you get any plain text in the log at all?

No, nothing

Are you sure you haven't enabled binary logging by accident in syslogng?

No, it's not enabled. We've installed syslog on two different servers and nothing is showing up either place.

Ultimately my question is how to debug this. How can I find for sure that the URL logging is coming out of the MR-18? It seems very easy to set this up so I'm a little frustrated.
