We are aware of an issue currently impacting the Umbrella endpoints at 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 .
If you have layer 7 firewall rules blocking geographical areas, the present workaround is to remove Netherlands from the list of blocked Countries whilst we work through the problem with the Umbrella team.
If you continue to encounter issues after applying the workaround, please do raise a case with either the Meraki or the Umbrella Support team so we can assist further.
