Not able to change general configurations

I am using the Cisco DevNet sandbox(Meraki Always On) to access the Cisco environment. I want to collect traffic data, and for that, I need to enable "Traffic Analysis with Hostname Visibility".

I am following the document below, which mentions clicking the 'Save Changes' button after all modifications are made. However, I do not see the 'Save' button in the UI.

Additionally, I am unable to find below options.

Can someone please help identify the issue?

Are you full admin?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Are you able to save changes on any page?  You might be a read-only admin.
