I was just contacted by my failover ISP (AT&T) that we had used 265.33 GB of data between Oct 11th and November 10th. They are trying to get more detailed information for me. Historical device data only goes back a month. Today being December 6th, I can only see 4 days of that time frame. To my knowledge, the failover has never tripped over and we typically have Kbs/day rather than the 265.33GB of throughput during that time. The 1 month of historical data that I can see supports this.
I need to see data use through the MG21 Cellular Gateway further back. How can I do this?
