Cannot reach Windows update from network

All the pc/servers cannot reach Windows update anymore.  I have the MX100 behind our ISP router.  I have ruled out the ISP router because I can reach WU when I plug a laptop directly in the router.  This is not a Windows update troubleshoot problem because it is affecting ALL devices.  I'm trying to see whether the MX100 has anything to do with in and how to troubleshoot it.

Any help is appreciated.

I have changed the dns of a local laptop to 8.8.8.8 and still no updates.

I don't see anything in the Meraki firewall that would block this.

Try turning off the advanced malware protection and then turn it back on again.

Current setting are: Advanced Malware Protection: enabled

Intrusion detection and prevention: Prevention.

I disabled AMP, and lo and behold I get the updates!  Thanks Blake.

Hey Meraki what is going on?

Any ideas to still have AMP AND updates?

@Announcer  if you re-enable AMP it should keep working, it glitches out every now and then.

Could be related to Advanced Malware Protection.

Also, if you’re unable to download files in chrome such as PDFs and it says “network error”, disable AMP. Pro tip I learned through two hours of troubleshooting.
