Bandwidth usage for specific day between the last 30 days

I am looking to get the bandwidth usage for specific day. When I go to Network-Wide>Clients, there is a graph that shows which is the perfect view for what I am looking for, however, this only goes up to 30 days. Wanted to see if there is a way to get a specific day view of that graph or aggregated value using Meraki API. which I am very new to and unsure of the process and on which platforms this works best on. Any direction/documentation would be more than helpful, thank you.

There is a summary report page at organization or network wide.

There you can select a network and custom date

Just to expand on @ww's thoughts (thanks for this, spot on for a UI native option via Organization > Monitor > Summary Report > Timeframe 'Custom Range') - we can also configure a scheduled report (at the top right of this page) and have this send out at the desired intervals - more on this below:
