block installing apps on Android

On a device in Owner mode, I have an app Galaxy apps through which the users still can install apps . Funny is they cannot uninstall it because I have a policy against uninstalling, but I cannot find a policy for blocking  the app install.

How I can hide this app - Galaxy apps ? I cannot find it in the meraki list of android apps.

And how I can block the app install on Android phone ?

Ok, I figured out how to block the installing apps on Android phones.

In System Manager - >Settings , add a Profile , and in this profile add setting Restrictions. There you can specify if you allow or not to install apps.
