"My name is Samer, and I’m based in the UK. I have been working in the networking industry for nearly 10 years, with a strong focus on Cisco technologies. Before joining Meraki in 2021, I worked for several Cisco partners, where I was involved in supporting a wide range of customer environments and handling complex technical issues. This experience gave me valuable exposure to diverse networks and helped strengthen both my technical expertise and customer-facing skills.

Prior to that, I worked in the telecommunications industry, where I developed a solid understanding of large-scale infrastructure and service operations. What I truly enjoy about my current role is that no day is ever the same,each issue presents a new challenge and an opportunity to learn and grow.

I hold a CCNP Enterprise certification as well as an MBA, which together give me a strong foundation in both technical networking and business strategy."
