"My name is Giac, based in the UK, but originally from Italy (I know what you are thinking... "why did you trade sun and food for rain and tea?" 😉 ). I joined Cisco Meraki in 2018 after a few years in different companies doing network engineering and technical support. 

I started using Meraki about 10 years ago, when I deployed full stacks in a bunch of stores and an HQ, but my passion for helping people led me to become a Leader in our Support team, focusing on building a great support experience for all our customers and partners, and the development of our people. 🚀

Complementing this, I'm also a strong advocate for workplace and people wellbeing, leading one of our internal Communities geared towards mindfulness and positive mental health; another reason why I appreciate the people in our Meraki Community being a compassionate and fun group to be around! 💚

Outside of work, I dabble in cooking and spending time with friends playing boardgames, and videogames when times allow.
