"Hey Community 👋🏻 I'm Connor, a Cloud Technical Lead in the Meraki Escalations team, based in London UK. Our team handles cases that require that little extra attention, whether it be a Severity 1 outage, or simply needs some more eyes on it from a technical or troubleshooting perspective. 

I joined Meraki in 2018, first joining as a Network Support Engineer, before then joining the Escalations team in 2020. I typically involve myself with the IoT side of Meraki, including SM, MT & MV as well as the Dashboard/Cloud cases.

I try and help out when I can on the Community, so I'm sure we'll speak at some point!"
