Screenshot 2025-07-16 at 10.45.33 AM.png"I joined Meraki in July 2017 as a Network Support Engineer, specializing in diagnosing and troubleshooting the full Meraki product line—including security appliances, switches, wireless access points, cameras, and Systems Manager MDM. In this role, I communicated with partners, ISPs, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues, and collaborated with Engineering, management, and Cisco TAC on escalated cases.

 

After two years, I transitioned to the MR Wireless (now Cisco Wireless) product management team, where I leveraged my technical expertise to inform product strategy and actions. My responsibilities expanded to delivering stakeholder feedback, compiling customer feature requests, analyzing financial data, presenting findings, and creating technical documentation. I guided Support and Escalation teams and supported pre-sales with technical designs and POCs.

 

In February 2023, I became a Product Manager, where I continue to shape the future of Cisco Wireless by leading new product initiatives, using data to drive product decisions and outcomes, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional products and customer experiences."
