Licensing page is contradicting when with subscription based licensing.

The above page mentions " Meraki Subscription Licensing is available for new customers in the US and EU. " 

But when you navigate to here https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Subscription_-_Licensing_Overview 

It says  " Subscription licensing is available for new and renewing customers globally except in Brazil, India, Russia, Belarus, and China "

The second page is the correct one.

I guessed I just wanted to raise the fact that anyone looking at the overview would get wrong information and not bother looking at the subscription overview page.
