Documentation improvement : SD-WAN and Traffic Shaping

Someone asked me questions about : 

Cellular active uplink

However the documentation : https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Firewall_and_Traffic_Shaping/SD-WAN_and_Traffic_Shaping

Doesn't mention this new feature and doesn't provide any info at all. Is there a newer document that I could refer ?
