Is that part about SecurePort ? Or Secure Connect , this is confusing since they both had the same name. Can't find any documentation about Secure Connect expect that page.

It's definitely referring to a form on what's now called Secure Port.

The screenshot is also very different from what I have as configuration available for SecurePort...  very curious !

Yes. It’s for something a little different than secure port. Doc needs a number of corrections and I already flagged it a week or two back for updating.
