At the very bottom of the page (Organization-wide Group Policy) is a FAQ (link) that takes one back to Organization-wide Group Policy.
The actual page it should be linked to (or so I think) is FAQ.....and I thought the FAQ page was rather helpful once I found where it should have re-directed me to.
