"Utilization on current channels" - API, Does one exist?

I would REALLY like and appreciate being able to pull from the AP Summary page the "Utilization on current channels." 

I was hoping the, "RF Spectrum," data would be basically the same thing, but the data is different.

Utilization on current channels = At the moment radio use
RF Spectrum = average over time

This would be very insightful data to have and be able to pull. Meraki, please?

If there's a way to do this- am happy to be enlightened.
