i know this api , but it doesnt provide chassis code for an appliance or device that just returns the model number like MR or MR etc

Have you checked all APIs available on the site? If you didn't find it, it doesn't exist.

You need to be more detailed in your question. Was is it that you are asking for? If not the Model number, then what chassis code?
