Where can I find the SD-WAN Uplink Configuration bandwidth settings in the API?

I am usually able to figure out a setting in the API using the documentation, but I'm stuck. I want to be able to query these values, and I can't find them in the API. Does anyone know? I'm sure it's something blatantly obvious but I've been banging my head against the wall for hours, and the search terms are so common that searching the docs and the forum have not been helpful.

Our support team manually sets these values, and I want to be able to query them to create custom traffic shaping rules, based on these values.
