ServiceNow and the Meraki Service Graph Connector Webhook

We  have setup the Meraki Service Graph Connector in our ServiceNow instance and are successfully pulling in our Meraki devices.  However, when we try to setup a Webhook by adding an HTTPS Receiver, it fails when we click "Send Test Webhook"

(we have setup a user account with the correct role and everything)

We have followed every step in the process guides, but cannot get the webhook to work and the "failed" doesn't really provide us any details of why it has failed.  The connection does have the  "Success" status in our instance and gain all our Meraki devices are being imported successfully.

Does anyone know why the webhook, which seems pretty straight forward in implementation, would fail when testing it?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Yea we aren't having the issue discussed there.  Our connection is fine and we are getting our devices into the CMDB of ServiceNow.  We are just having trouble with the webhook portion.  Seems pretty simple, but not working for us.

Does anyone have any insight on this from a ServiceNow perspective?  I can't get past the failed webhook in the Meraki dashboard.  I am starting to wonder if our SSO for the ServiceNow instance is causing issues.
