Regarding the notification related to unsupported base URI

We have a application that use Meraki APIs and we use "dashbaord.meraki.com" for the base uri. When we do this, it gets automatically redirected and it works.  Our application is gets installed by  our customer if different regions. The question is ,

is it correct to use "dashboard.meraki.com" as base URI ?

Is the notification on unsupported URI applicable only for those using "api.meraki.com " as base URI ?

Your answer is here.  It is not recommended anymore.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Not sure that dashboard.meraki.com has ever been a recommended base URI for API.

In most parts of the world, every API request will begin with the following base URI:

https://api.meraki.com/api/v1

For organizations hosted in the following country dashboard, please specify the respective base URI instead:

Country                               URI

Canadahttps://api.meraki.ca/api/v1
Chinahttps://api.meraki.cn/api/v1
Indiahttps://api.meraki.in/api/v1
United States FedRAMPhttps://api.gov-meraki.com/api/v1
