Question about Webhooks capability

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on webhook alert integration with Jira and have some questions regarding the capabilities of webhooks.

1. For example, if 30 APs in a network go down simultaneously, will Meraki send 30 webhook alerts for each AP device, or just one webhook alert for the whole network? In other words, does the webhook always contain alert information for only one device?

2. Do you think it is possible to close an existing ticket (e.g., "Power supply went down") on Jira with a webhook alert if the device status changes (to "Power supply goes up")?

Thanks in advance!

Kind of a big deal

The documentation, examples and Liquid templates certainly imply that it is one device alert per-webhook. It's what I've always assumed.

None of the sample alerts has the device details the alert refers to represented as an array element, without that kind of structure I don't see how multiple devices could be packaged in the payload and still match the template.
