Meraki Integration with HaloITSM

Hi Forum

Has anyone had experience with integrating Meraki Organisations with HaloITSM? This seems to be very basic to do however when I try to import organisations into Halo using the "Import Organisations" Button under the Halo Meraki Integration page, the list is blank. The User that the API Key is associated with is a read-only admin for all the organisations and MFA is not enabled for this admin account.

Any ideas / suggestions would be most welcome

Did you see any error or log? Do you know which API Endpoint HaloITSM is using to import the Meraki Orgs?

Try going to Organization/Change log, and see if it tried to make any API calls.
