Meraki Data Field Transforms to ServiceNow

I'm having an issue whereby Meraki Devices marked as "Dormant" are not reflected as Dormant or In Stock in ServiceNow. Where can we identify in ServiceNow how to amend where the transform occurs and to which field it should transform to? As it stands we have thousands of Meraki records being imported into ServiceNow which are dormant as far as Meraki is concerned but being marked with an Install Status of Installed - indicating they are live when in fact they are not.

Do you leave dormant devices in the networks that they were live in?  I'd normally only do this on live networks and have an uninstalled network where spare / dormant devices are placed.
