Location and scanning, just stopped working

Hi.
First of all, sorry for the kind of newbie questions, I'm not that knowledgeable about this kind of stuff but you need to start somewhere.

We are a third party solution provider helping our clients with (GDPR approved) footfall data collected from (among others) Meraki AP´s 

We are using the Location and scanning API sending WiFi client data to our servers, from time to time there are response time errors as our servers sometime get "choked" and fails to respond within the limit of 500ms.

A week or so ago one of the networks more or less drops all requests due to 500ms -> respons and now it just stop sending request so we are not getting anything, nothing is changed in the controller or the AP´s.

I don´t know where to start looking, Are there any logs available at all ?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If you go to the Network->General settings page and click 'validate' for the post URL(s) does it work?

 

If only one network is affected, I'd be tempted to delete the post URL(s) and then add them back, to see if it 'resets' things.
