Get all Fixed IP assignments clients MAC & IP

I need to mass gather the list of all clients that are being assigned IP via DHCP reservation. On the Dashboard this is found under the DHCP exception page.

I need the:

Client name | MAC | IP address assigned

I need to gather this for all networks and all VLANS.

I can't seem to find anything that give me this info. What's the best endpoint to gather this information?
