Do we have any API call for "IP source address spoofing protection"

Hi, is there any API call to change the mode of "IP source address spoofing protection"? I want to change across organization on the MX devices.

I don't see anything, however searching the API abilities used to be much easier. Haven't touched them in a while, and I can't seem to figure out how to search for keywords anymore without running it in Postman. So my search was manual, and I saw nothing.

Also note that for all new networks it defaults to "block" and there should be no reason to turn this off.
