Can't see 'Network wide -> Alerts' for setting up webhooks

Hi,
I have multiple organizations in my Meraki Dashboard. For networks in some organizations I can see the Network Wide -> Alerts menu in the Dashboard.
For networks in one organization, i can't see it.

Is there some configuration that I need to enable in order to see alerts and set up webhooks?

Is that network in a template?  For templated networks I only see that option when I'm in the template itself.

Be sure to see if the network is bound to a template as such networks will have their alerts configured at the template level rather than the network level.
