API call to view Networks that are Unreachable or Primary Link is unavailable?

Hello I am new to the Meraki API, and am trying to build a Dashboard on another tool that has the capability of performing API monitoring.  I am in need of a way to populate the Dashboard with all the Networks that are unreachable or that the Primary Link is unavaible.  I am hoping this is possible.

Assuming all networks connect with an MX/Z/MG, this call may give the info you need...
