API Update AP Attributes

I have to assign static IP addresses to multiple access points (70) . Is there an AP that puts  ip address , subnet, gateway, dns....etc.... 

PS. Please don't ask why I have to use static IP addresses. I don't want to.

I don't see any option to do this via API (yet).

Only thing I can think of is using the Bulk network creation where you can import from excel document.
